This is nightmare !! Stay away from this firm. They only care to get payment and once payment received they don’t care any more . I had to waste hours in the phone trying to book mediation when it was all their job as we agreed by emails and they told me they won’t do it . Not only they didn’t do their promises also booked my court in Hull next to them , when I am located in London . How terrible it is !! I am taking you to Ombudsman! I want my money back for such a disgrace services !!!
I applied for an EEA residence permit which was rejected twice with no explicit reasons. This caused me to look for professional help. Due to inconsistent of names and not having one document that was needed for my naturalisation application, they were very helpful in taking me through the whole process.
