Swingline Transportation Service was excellent. While our reservations were made on line we had direct phone contact with our drivers who were very knowledgeable about when and where to pick us up. Bruce in particular knew our needs before we did and assisted us getting to our cruise ship at the right time to beat traffic and assisted us with shared rides with friends to other hotels and the airport. Theresa was most competent for our last trip and told us exactly where to stand so that she could find us amongst the mob. At every point we knew we could rely on them. Our one trip from the airport turned into several trips as we recommended them to others we met along the way. You will not be disappointed.

To whom it may concern, This email is a few months late but I would really like to express my graditude to a particular member of your staff. On January 12, 2014 my family exited the Independence of the Seas after a wonderful cruise. I had pre-arranged for and did a partial payment for our transportation back to the airport for our flight home to a vey cold New York State. I had called the number we were given and told they would be there within a 1/2 hour. We waited and waited and made several more calls with no one showing up and at one point even answering our calls. With time quickly running out I saw a gentleman from your company who also appeared to be waiting. Not sure how we would now get to the airport I approached him to see if he or your company could help us. He made a call then stated he could get my family of 6 to the airport. His name is Helmut and he was absolutely wonderful! Now at this time it was about 7:20am as he loaded our luggage and raced to the airport for our 8:30 flight.! He was very profesional and did exactly what he said he would do and that was to get us to the airport in short order. We were able to make our flight with many, many thanks to him. He represents your company extremely well and because of him we will be calling you for our transportation needs again in January of 2015 as we plan to cruise again. I did call and talk with someone several days after we returned home but wanted to follow up in writing. Please let Helmut know how much we appreciated what he did for us.
