Chris from Hallamshire Energy replaced my old Vaillant boiler with a new one and at the the same time moved it a short distance to a more accessible position. The work was carried out well and Chris got on with the job neatly and efficiently. It has all worked perfectly and I have been pleased especially as I am warm during this very cold spell. I thought the price was reasonable and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Firstly, I want to send my thanks to the entire team at Hallamshire Energy. I contacted them the morning after my (very old!) boiler broke down. I was anxious to get a replacement fitted as soon as possible, as we were in the middle of a very cold winter storm and I have a young child at home. The team were friendly, informative and attentive at all times. Tom completed a thorough assessment via videocall and we had an engineer booked in to visit within 24 hours. Lewis attended the following morning and did an amazing job, which wasn't made easy by the stubborn old boiler that needed to be removed. We had heating and hot water back that same day. The new system is fantastic and the job was completed to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hallamshire Energy again in future and would highly recommend!
Hallamshire Energy did a really good job installing a new boiler and gave me clear information to choose what system to have installed and where to place it. They have also have been very helpful with sorting out minor issues after the installation (which did not result from their work but from existing weaknesses in my pipes). Very professional and personal approach, I would recommend them.
Brilliant company! Every step of the process was simple, stress free and friendly. My options were explained in a clear and accessible way and the boiler installation was smooth and efficient... in 37 degree heat in a very hot attic! Really impressed. Lovely company, great customer service. Can't thank them enough. Thoroughly recommend.
