I placed a big order of work clothing for my company with Hall-Fast. They had all the quality branded items in stock and for cheaper than going direct. I had custom embroidery on every item and it was done to a very high standard. I received an excellent service from start to finish and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the items i received. Highly recommended!

I ordered a pair of boots from hall-fast and it came a size too big. The details on the website were not specific enough on the shoes which ran big. I returned the pair and after a month the returns was still not processed. I had to chase up with them constantly to get the returns processed. They also charge a 15% restocking fee for returns and exchanges. This feels more like a cash and carry business.
Ordered 2 Rugby Shirts from Hall Fast via their web-site Email confirming Order received within the hour. . Arrived 3 days later Items as near perfect fit as possible. Would recommend this excellent service Nick Garner
Ordered 5 pairs Dr Martens for our team arrived next day , two pairs exchanged quickly for alternative sizes thanks, we will be back to order again
Gave them my measurements and they recommend my size to order, when it arrived it was way way too big, they said it was correct, and refused to take responsibility for their error. ive sent it back but have been charged a handling fee and still no refund after a week very poor service wont be using this company again
