Do not trust the 5 star reviews here, they are paying people to write good reviews here. If you live here be prepared with the noise from your neighbors, the street and the worse from construction nearby. The construction will not stop to the middle of night, don't trust what the office says they are useless.

Lived here since 2019.09.01, first photo was taken in September when we first moved in. Second and third was taken 2020.02.16. The building was under construction for a long while and since last November, there’s workers working outside our floor(28th), and 4 months they couldn’t fix the balcony. Our unit is a 1-bedroom apartment, but I would rather call it a 1-den apartment or a studio plus den, the bedroom area is super small, cannot fit anything after putting a bed. Construction everyday even on Sundays morning, when you wake up at 10, there’s workers outside your window. Washing machine and dryer are not included in our unit so we have to use the shared one on our floor. However, before Christmas 2019, the laundry room is under maintenance. They didn’t post any notice until mid January and the notice was WRONG. The price was almost 2000 per month, but they gave us 500 discount as long as we are on 1-year lease. After April 1st, the parking spot will not be assigned, they gave you access to underground parking and you can then park wherever you want. I really don’t understand and the building manager wouldn’t answer my questions about the parking. You still have to pay for the parking and fight for your spot with everyone in the building. Only 2 building managers that I met are nice and friendly, and we are moving out as soon as our lease ends. Won’t recommend to anyone and will never move back.

NOT WORTH IT! The viewings were amazing but it only went downhill after that I saw there were constructions going on and I work full time at home, constantly having meetings. I raised the question to the person that showed me the units that day and he told me they will only be doing constructions for the lobby which will be done before winter and that will be the end of constructions. But no, another building is currently being built a month later with people constantly drilling and dragging metal right outside of my apartment, making it impossible for me to focus on work and work is required to be done from home only because of the many confidential details being discussed at the meetings. But no, you can't complain that to them because you signed saying that you're ok with constructions being done on the contract. When we first move it, the unit was brand new and we really needed a place so we we walked into it blindly. After a few months, you can see that the finishes are sloppy, walls are easily damaged and stained with water vapour (which they'll give you a hard time trying to get your damage deposit back). Tubs weren't done carefully leaving holes that shower water can come in to damage the wall beside it. The price isn't worth it for the sleepless nights you have after the fire alarm was pulled causing the whole building to evacuate countless times. When we rented, we didn't have the option to have our credit checked, they only wanted the first and last month of rent or a co-signer. Balconies were taking forever to be fixed while another building is already underway. The only good experience I had in this building was the superintendents process the repair requests very quickly and the location that the vuze has. You'll be scared for your life whenever hard wind is hitting the higher floors \u003e To conclude, if you work night shifts and need sleep, or if your work is based from home, stay as far away from this building as possible.

After living in this building for 6 months, we decided to move out. The noise levels are impossible. We have the top penthouse. Might as well just try to sleep next to the train tracks. Even worst than the noise, is the people managing the building. Beyond incompetent. If they say to you that something will be done by this or that date. Trust me, it won't happen. We had two days last month without power, heat or water for 12 hours each time (day time)!. Honestly, it is not worth it.

Do not live here if you want to sleep well, this building is under construction, the construction noise will kill you starting at 6:00 am. Do not listen to landlord’s words that you already had a contract allowed them to do that, the landlord never introduce this situation while watching the apartment, so I will suggest you: DO NOT LIVE IN THE VUZE! ! !

Just be careful, when you finish your lease, they always find some reason not give back deposit. Some students go to court for help. I find a professional cleaner to clean the room, paid 120. They promised to give back my deposit in 10days. I wait for 2months...and finally told me my deposit has been decreased to 0. In covid 19 period, i really need this money, however, they need my money too, it is really rediculous.
