Extremely poor customer service from Paul D at Halifax Shopping Centre Telus Mobility Store. Visited store on Aug 28. My Telus Mobility app had an offer for a reduced rate on a new phone. Paul D had me take screen shots of my phone, had me email photos to Telus Loyalty Resource Team, showed my phone to other customer associates, logged into my Telus Mobility account (which confirmed my correct Nova Scotia address) and discussed with Telus technical support and Telus Loyalty Resource Team. After 1.5 hours Paul D told me there was nothing that he could do. I left the store and went to the Dartmouth Crossing Telus Mobility store. After 5 minutes explaining what had happened at the Halifax Shopping Centre, Jeff C offered me 75 off on accessories.

Yesterday I went to the Telus store in the Halifax Shopping Center and my experience was A. We dealt with Michael who was patient, knowledgeable, excellent at his job and hilarious. We completed an upgrade on our two lines as well as a device upgrade, and he was able to not only get it done really quickly, but he managed to move our plans around so we got more data and minutes for less than what we were already paying. He was amazing at multitasking and getting everything done far quicker than I expected, and I'll definitely be back. The store was bright and clean and the staff was friendly and attentive without being pushy. 10/10 recommend.
This is a great Telus store. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am on my second cell phone from Telus, I lost my first phone and had to get a new one. I picked up a Samsung 20 5G I love my new phone. Very easy to use and it is super fast. I think I got a great deal on my plan. The store well organized. I had to go back to the store to learn how to use a couple new functions that I never had before. The staff was very nice to me and explained so I could understand and when I left I was confident on how to use it

Never seen a store ask for photo ID to get into the store. Doesn't really seem necessary.
VERY POOR customer service from Bodgan K. Rude and uninterested. Told us to Google what the phone looks like. Was willing to purchase a brand new iPhone from there but was put off by him.
Good place to buy phones
I would love to report on a good selection or excellent service but there were 3 associates working boxing day and 3 customers in front of me in line. We didn't move for an hour, so I left. Pretty pathetic.
