Our sale person Skip was great. He had a lot of information, answered all of our questions and helped us choose the flooring that was right for us. Their installers were great as well. They were fast, professional, friendly and also answered our questions. I couldn't be happier with the renovation.
The installer were amazing but the customer service from my sale rep was terrible . It took a while for my flooring to arrive do to back ordering which was fine but my rep didn’t order enough to finish the job. I was left with unfinished floor for a month. After it was finished I paid my invoice but let them know about one missing pieces of transition. I was informed that I would here from my sale rep by the end of the day ! That was a month ago!!!

Spend 9000 to replace the tile on my main level 2 storey home... Never again!!! I rather get someone from kijji. Next time. They would do a better job. And much much much cheaper!!!!??
