Having looked a car before xmas (lockdown free) and finding it to be to small for my needs i was told to take my time and look on there website for the car i'd like. Once found i contacted the dealership and ask for Rob who i spoke to prior (Fantastic and very helpful) he said if we liked the car (C4 Picasso) he would organise the pick-up from Chesterfield and bring it to the Halifax branch (which he did in person). From speaking to Rob to and driving away was an impressive 2 days. Full lockdown was back in place at this point and there covid hygiene made me feel safe while i looked around the vehicle and sorted the exchange of contracts. I am more than happy with the whole service start to finsh and would definitely recommend.

Took my car to Stoneacre Halifax. Had a fault on the drivers side headlight, where the main beam didn't go to the right travelling height . I needed a new headlight adjuster. I was informed by Stoneacre it needed a new headlight at a cost of just over 2000.( two thousand pounds!!!!) I took my car to another garage and the headlight adjuster was replaced for 126 Inc parts labour and vat. Works perfect now. I complained to the service manager at Stoneacre . In fairness said it was human error, just could have been a very expensive error to me , if I agreed to have the work done......My experience is at the worst this was almost Daylight Robbery and at the best \ Major incompetence\ I will NEVER go to Stoneacre ever again...as they have lost my trust. This has been a true and honest response to inform ....

I would 100% recommend Stoneacre Halifax to everyone as I cannot fault the place! All the staff are always so friendly and helpful especially Johnny who helped me get a new contract on a new car. He honestly went above and beyond and made sure I had everything I wanted and didn’t stop looking until we found the perfect car! Nothing is too much trouble and it’s honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received from Johnny. He’s a credit to your branch. Fantastic staff who will definitely look after you! Thank you so much I’m so happy with my new car!

Brilliant experience. Never felt pressured at all by Johnny, but he managed to find us a great deal that saved us money. He got us to test drive the car we were looking at so we were sure it was the car we wanted, as well as encouraging us to ask questions so we fully understood everything. Really friendly, very impressed with the service and his attitude.

Very friendly and helpful, Joe was a great help choosing a car that suits me. Not pushy at all, just some really good advice and fun chit chat while we worked out details. I wanted advice on different cars and finance plans, so I was advised on my options and helped to set up a plan that works really well for me, I would strongly recommend them if you're in the market for a new car!
