Very helpful staff at a very busy time
like
Completely useless staff member, went into the bank to change my bank account to a student bank account. Showed the woman the email from ucas saying \all you need to open a student bank account is these codes\ but because I didn't have a letter saying I have a place she couldn't do it, despite showing her countless emails saying \you have a place\, and prior to the meeting I was never even told I have to bring a letter.
Excellent friendly customer service.
