Excellent service at a very sad time for us. They handled the cremation of our dog in a very personal way and allowed me to place him in and say a last goodbye. Thank you.

I had to have my beloved dog smudge put down today I arrived at Chris & Sue's and they really looked after me and my son at this very sad time.Its such a calming place we were then told he would be ready to collect at 7pm excellent service cant thank them enough

A huge thank you to Sue, Chris and their beautiful dog Obi, we felt very comfortable and at ease bringing our rottweiler Leo here after he passed quite suddenly on Sunday night. Sue and Chris were very professional and extremely compassionate. It was lovely meeting Obi, who brought a smile back to our faces, and made saying our final goodbyes a lot less painful. I would highly recommend Sue and Chris to anyone when the time comes to help take our loved pets over the Rainbow Bridge.

We lost our 21 year old cat, Leaf, recently and it was so hard for everyone in the house. She was a little cat with a big presence. We contacted Sue and Chris and they were on hand with reassurance and kind words, which is exactly what you need in such emotionally difficult times. They provide a professional but very friendly service, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
