I used to live at 6399 north street, I lived next to the guy whose apartment you purposely flooded. There were seniors and people with medical issues in that building who can't afford to live anywhere else, and you gave us the boot in the middle of a global pandemic. You can afford to tear down and build a new apartment that'll cost millions and charge higher rent for new tenants, but some people you replaced can't afford a roof over their heads. You sure know how to "take care" of your tenants.

It's unacceptable to begin tearing down a building while someone is still living inside. This is beyond shady or poor business practices. It's dangerous. If they were not allowed to be there anymore they should have been removed from the building. I just can't understand how they thought the solution to their problem of a resident living in their building that they want to tear down was : tear it down anyway and they will leave. The situation is ludacris.
Love my new apartment
I was a tenant at one of Mosaik Properties buildings from July 2011 until November 2020. This is when Mosaik Properties chose to evict all tenants of the building, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, so that the property could be redeveloped. Prior to this, the company had allowed the condition of the building to deteriorate for years, and by the end there was a persistent rodent problem, among many other issues. Please look up the many news articles about how this company has conducted themselves regarding Ardmore Hall (flooding the last tenant out, beginning demolition illegally, evicting rent paying, low income tenants into a \u003c1% vacancy market, and evicting people without following protocol during a pandemic). Is this the kind of company you want to support?
When moving out of their properties, the management deducted the deposit from us without communicating properties. After multiple emails and calls, we got a response from falsely accusing us that we incurred a water damage which was done by the upstairs unit. During this flood, the management did not act at all but to make us live in flooded apartment for several days with no compensation. At the time of inspection, the superintendent even said that there is no damage and full deposit will be returned when keys were returned. This company is out there to take your deposit by falsely accusing of damages without proper investigation. I would not recommend moving into any of their apartments unless you want to lose your deposit without knowing why.
You are a horrible company and I want you OUT of my city. Shame on you for what you did to the poor man who lived at your north/oxford street building!
I showed up for my viewing appointment 10 minutes early. Buzzed, the line rang, then went to voicemail. I called the building managers, the call went to voicemail. I left my polite message, then called Mosaik. What do you know? Another voicemail. A half hour passes and I decide to leave. Then I get the call from the building managers. They had a "hectic weekend" and didn't bother to tell me they rented the unit, apparently doing your job and keeping appointments isn't required.
Fantastic experience renting from this company. Family run operation with great apartments
