I must second that last review 100% . We too lost our dad in July and then our mum passed away in December 2020. On both occasions Donald looked after us and I can't thank him enough he was so compassionate and caring . He was naturally a lovely person and nothing was too much trouble . An excellent caring service throughout. Our family has had cause to use Lawrence's on two occasions this year, both times we were given the very best of service and care, nothing was too much trouble or inconvenience and we were looked after every step of the way. Special mention must go to Donald who handled both bereavements brilliantly. Highly recommended.
Everything was perfect, exactly what my dad had asked for before he passed away. Ben was really supportive and caring and looked after my mum and kept her informed throughout the process. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day for my dad and I don’t think we could have achieved this without the love, and attention to detail.
Excellent service throughout. Particular mention to Mark who managed the funeral arrangements in a very professional manner giving the reassuring level of compassion in every area.
Emma the director I dealt with went over and above my expectations she helped me through a very difficult time kept in touch to ensure I was all right and fulfilled all of my requests without exception My family and I cannot praise all of the staff for the kind and dedicated way they dealt with my brothers funeral
