I have stayed in this apartment for almost 2 years. This is a very good place to stay and I should say that the Agency Who looks after this apartment maintenance are very nice people. If we have any issues they used to sort it out ASAP. If you are looking for any Studio Apartment for reasonable price in halifax I recommend this place.

Stayed at this place with my partner on 2 occasions & it was without doubt one of the best places we’ve stayed at. A big thank you to Shane who was very friendly & went out of his way to make sure me & my partner felt at home. Apartment was extremely clean & comfortable in a fantastic location. We were very happy with our stay. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Very pleasant & very peaceful. Will definitely be coming back here in the future :-)
Appartment 207 This appartment has no blind at the bedroom window and the heat is unbearable, people can see us sleeping. Contacted the owner but nobody has arrived to fix it. My husband has had to tape bin bags to the window to try and block out some of the light so we can sleep and have some privacy. Very poor customer service.
