I contacted Lilly after my Springer/poodle cross started displaying resource guarding issues which with a young child in the house could not be allowed to happen. My dog is in all other areas very well natured and reasonably obedient, as an experienced dog owner I was slightly apprehensive about having to contact someone for help but on the recommendation of a friend I gave Lilly a call. Lilly was nothing short of excellent, the process started with a lengthy questionnaire which meant that on arrival Lilly knew so much about my dog and his good and bad traits that she already knew how to approach the issue. She was polite, friendly and professional and very accommodating of my 4 year old daughter and tailored the training in a way that could involve her which was important because of the issues we had. Lilly's methods of training were excellent and by the end of the first session he was doing things that he had never done before, by the end of the first week he would walk past chicken on the floor without even looking at it, by week two a dog that had started guarding food with aggression would lay down and watch the cat eat out of his bowl with no objection...... Could I ask more? I don't think I could! Overall Lilly comes with a huge recommendation from my family, if anyone I know has any issues with their dog I would send them straight to Lilly. All I can say is thank you Lilly, your help has been fantastic and, I genuinely cannot thank you enough, the progress I have seen in such a short time is incredible!

We firstly got in touch with Dr Lilly Scott due to our Saluki puppy showing protecting / guarding behaviour. We had 3 amazing sessions with lots of feedback on how to change this behaviour. Not only did she help with the issue we first had but also taught us some lovely training techniques that our puppy picked up easily. Highly recommended

Our labrador was waking with a kind of night terror, screaming and howling. We tried various calming measures, and had numerous vet trips, until a vet recommended Dr Lilly. She came to the house, assessed the situation and gave us some recommendations. There is ongoing email support, and we got a written report following the visit. The dog is a lot better, she still wakes but nowhere near as often. We're following the routine, and are pleased with the results so far. If you have a doggy problem I would recommend Lilly to help you
