MCR Halifax

These guys in the Halifax store are working hard to make sure everyone gets what they need, they don't complain or huff and puff. Through this pandemic they have been great, I ordered something on click and collect and my order number didn't work, so I managed to call over so one to help and they were more than happy to help with a smile, and they got me my item I needed, it was an easy, stressfree system they have. When the store is open its layout makes it really easy to find things that you want. Keep up the good work guys!!

I will never shop with these again. Customer service is worse than BT!!! Do not use their insurance 7 day repair or replace it is a fraudulent service. I've waited over 4 months to have a washing machine repaired or replaced to be told the insurance I'm paying for is invalid even though I'm paying for it for up to two years due to manufactures warranty. Don't be led into using these false fraudulent scheme. Even Gordon Ramsey couldn't fix this nightmare of a company.

Served by Jordan, absolutely fantastic customer focus, we knew exactly what we wanted so no real sell by the lad was great and very tentative, I have previously used the store and the young lady was great yet again. Git a superb deal and walked out feel great. Highly recommend and find Jordan if.you can!!!!
