If you want a window company to do a cheap job with inferior products and poorly trained fitters, this is NOT the company for you. Take my advice, pay more and get the job done right, first time. I highly recommend Brighouse Windows. Jay, Dean & Marcus were all excellent. They turned up on time every day and could not have done a better job. Polite, friendly and tidy. Nothing rushed, everything fitted with care and perfection. Communication was first class. The doors and windows look great. We are absolutely delighted with everything. Thank you Brighouse Windows.

Horrid experience with this company. Ordered all my windows & doors from them. Took 23 weeks to fit (numerous excuses ordered July 2018, finished fitting Jan 2019) Expensive Origin door didnt fit (apparently my fault no idea how when I didn’t measure) taken out twice still not right (lock barely opens joiner claims frame not in straight thus twisting). Wrong door originally ordered, silver handles on one french door, white handles on all the rest. And to cap it off two dormer windows leak, claim it’s the roof at fault (under 20 years old) don’t know how they got to that conclusion when the stone slates are screwed on & are clearly not new screws. Dormer window edges are not finished I have a joiner finishing . And all internals are left with horrid foam & really poor workmanship !!! You can see the damage they have done when fitting the door! They didn’t want to know once they had 17k had to report to DGCOS to get them back to even finish & it is still wrong now paying a joiner to fully finish as honestly they will blame anyone before admitting they messed up. Spend your money elsewhere, don’t buy the family firm routine ...

I would definitely recommend this company. The windows and doors look great, the price was right and the fitters were friendly and professional. They also put me in contact with builders and a roofer for work that needed doing to complete the work. Great thanks.
Fantastic company, Craig and his team were very helpful from start to finish with assisting my building with the M/O so we have a seamless floor transition. The 6m Origin looks and works a treat that is thanks to his fitters. We couldn’t be more happier. Thanks
