I can't believe how amazing Asda has been today, I could not collect my shopping due to the snow. I was rung up by the store asking me if I wanted my shopping delivered. Gareth and Sean were brilliant they carried all my shopping from the end of the road to my house and seemed so happy to help, truly fantastic service.

Very large well stocked store , staff are always helpful and friendly . The whole way around the outside of the store in ALL the shrub and bushes is rubbish everywhere you look and it not just resent , it looks like it had been there for a very long time , the bins outside are over flowing and even more plastic and over waist is being added to the already extremely poor situation , come on Asda
So I went to Asda on the 23rd of December. I paid by self service. I had issues with scanning my items. Staff were well not really on hand as I had to ask for help after the red light lit. I struggled scanning the produce I was paying for. So the items eventually got scanned by an Asda employee with the same difficulty I had. So they got scanned then I place them in a bag. Same problem again... moved your bagging items the assistant just help me with!?. Time consuming as they are very few tills with people on. My main concern is why does a customer go to a store buy your own produce you make profit from. Plus free advertising on the bag for life. Pay then pack your produce? With little help?. Disgusting 224
