Checked on line for availability on a new car chair for my grandson, we called at the store to find it was open, which was incredibly helpful as we were able to let my grandson sit in a chair and as he is opinionated for a nearly 3 yr old this made the choice so much easier, and more surprising was the reasonable prices, and choices available. Easy to shop, advice freely given, non pushy sales staff, Thank You.

Amazing service. The guy Anthony went about changing my car bulb without any problems. Efficient, friendly and made me feel valued. Thank you so much Anthony, you are an asset to Halfords Workington.
I was very impressed with Halfords, Workington - 2 ½ years ago I bought a Carrera Crossfire E-Bike and by May this year, had done almost 2.500 miles on it when I managed to snap the derailer hanger – I phoned up Halfords, Workington branch and they checked that they had the part in stock, they had, so I took the bike through that afternoon and it was ready for collection the next day – I was very impressed by the their speed, their professionality and, their price :-)
My wife visited your store in Workington, to buy new windscreen wipers for our car. She got exactly what she wanted. Your staff were very helpful in finding products that she wanted. Thank You.
Such a pleasure to use Halfords store in Workington. I couldn't ask for a better service. Staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I was at the store for less than 10 minutes from arrival, to being served, to having a bulb fitted to leaving. Fantastic service 10/10.
