I went there for a side light bulb the staff ( the store manager I think?) Was very helpful and in fact saved me a couple of pounds by recommending a different product which is allegedly better. No problems with the covid restrictions but they had only just opened for trading so the was only one other customer in there.
As a professional within the car industry I normally kind of avoid Halfords, regarding them as expensive aftermarket pars retailers. This time tough I was surprised as Halfords being the cheapest and offering the longest warranty on car batteries. Due to pandemic situation online ordering was the best option, with all (choice, ordering and pickup) very easy to follow and with loads of support from the store. Brilliant service in these hard days.
I was given a call to tell me the bike was ready well in advance. Went straight to the counter when I arrived and couldn't have been looked after better. No rush and even helped me put the bike in the car. Great experience
