All staff at the Cleveland Retail branch very knowledgeable and keen to help. On my visit there to collect my sons birthday present bike I was greeted at the door and ushered up to the collection point swiftly. Very happy to see great COVID measures in place and all staff wearing face masks. The time slot system worked very well putting me at ease as the numbers in the shop. Well done Halfords!
