James from Cleveland retail park went out of his way to get me the bike that I wanted as there was only a few days left before Christmas and it was much appreciated as I got the bike for my grandson and he was very pleased with the bike so I would like to say a big thank you to James for all the help he gave me

All staff at the Cleveland Retail branch very knowledgeable and keen to help. On my visit there to collect my sons birthday present bike I was greeted at the door and ushered up to the collection point swiftly. Very happy to see great COVID measures in place and all staff wearing face masks. The time slot system worked very well putting me at ease as the numbers in the shop. Well done Halfords!
