Very friendly reception staff named Emily however I was fobbed off by someone maybe doing her receptionist training saying I had to go to the dealer to have some brake pads fitted. I have booked my car in to a local ish garage recommended by a friend who also agreed it was very very strange that someone like Halfords didn't have a clue. I would understand if I had a genuine explanation however brake pads of this type are very easy to source and fit especially a car of this type.

Had an MOT. Friendly staff, explained all my questions in a way that made sense to me. Even told me a few bits of info that I didn't know. The pricing seemed fair and transparent. I would recommend.
