Halfords - Isle of Wight (Newport)

Went in to purchase a dog guard. Came out with exactly what I went in for. Special mention for Laura, extremely happy and helpful, made the whole shopping experience 10 out of 10.

Staff were friendly and helpful - I haven't owned a car for over 25 years but this Spring I bought an old Ford Fiesta and noticed the coolant level was at MIN so called in to buy more and ask a few questions re maintenance checks. I was told that Halfords offered a 15 minute mini service so thought this would be a good idea if it could be done soon. 15 minutes later, Dan did the service for me and I asked if he would mind explaining things as he went along so I'd know where things were under the bonnet and what to check on a regular basis. He went out of his way to answer my many questions and to explain everything clearly and he completed the mini service thoroughly and efficiently. Thanks Dan :-)

I am very pleased to have my dash cam fitted. Michael did an excellent job fitting it, and he was only too pleased to help with explaining how to operate the dash cam to get me underway. Great job, and for a very reasonable fitting price too. Thank you!
