Couldn't have been more helpful and the part needed for my e-bike ordered and arriving quickly. Nathan answered my distressed phone call before I went in and put my mind at rest and reassured me that they could help, (needing my bike as a support worker all through covid ,worrying id have to spend a fortune i didn't have) Thank you for your good service and help

We collected a bike for our son as a surprise for him for his birthday. We mentioned it to the member of staff serving us and he was more than happy to play along making the experience even better for us and our son. Would highly recommend this store.
