The customer service at Halfords, Brislington is excellent. The staff really go over and above to help you. They are friendly and helpful. My experience there was second to none.
I called in to replace a headlamp bulb on my car but took advantage of the 15 winter health check as well. The service was quick and efficient and I was kept informed at all stages. With a top up of the windscreen washer fluid and an adjustment to tyre pressures, my vehicle passed with flying colours. Excellent service from happy, enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. I can't wait to visit again!
I had to replace my car battery, rang the store to check availability and cost and went to have it fitted by a very capable young man who checked that the car started and that my radio was unaffected and dealt with the payment in a prompt and courteous manner.
