Anthony (Manager) is honest and informative, he will offer you effective solutions to any problems, often saving you time and money. This makes you loyal to him and the team and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that, this is how business should be done. A top business in my opinion and local too. Better to deal with than some dealer network garages I've worked at over the years and been to. They get my vote.

It was the first time I'd dealt with a Halfords Autocentre and I was very happy with the service I received today. The job appears to have been carried put most professionally and the staff were pleasant and kept me informed. I'll certainly consider them for future work.

My clutch went and I was finding it hard to book it into a garage, I rang Halfords at Stafford and spoke to Ant. He said to bring the car down and he would fit me in but it wouldn’t be ready till Monday. He in fact fixed it sooner and was so helpful. Would definitely recommend this garage and they wouldn’t rip you off. Definitely recommend 6/6 stars thank you
I can not praise the guys at Halfords enough. They are a fantastic group of lads that go above and beyond in there customer service and efficiency. Anthony, the manager, is always so helpful and willing to give advice. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs an car needs. Absolutely fantastic!!
