Kevin and his team provided excellent service when I took my car in for emergency repair called up at 8am about the issue told would find the parts and call back in 30 minutes. As promised Kevin called back at 08:30am and said was able to get the parts in the morning and was able to do the repair that morning which was amazing. Dropped car off at 9am told the work should be done by 12 to 1pm received a call just before 1 to say the work was completed. Super happy with the service received. I would highly recommend Halfords Sevenoaks.
Helen and her team provided excellent service when I took my car in for an M.O.T and for the brakes to be replaced. Helen took her time to explain what needed to be done and was super friendly. They did all the work within a few hours. I would highly recommend Halfords Sevenoaks.
Very impressed with the service. After booking I was given regular updates regarding my booking. On arrival the staff were friendly. My car was attended to at the booked time and completed within the time quoted. The prices for the tyres were the cheapest I could find. Excellent all round and highly recommended.
Had my MOT with Kevin last year. Amazing guy who was extremely helpful. Not sure who the new lady is, Helen i believe. Found her to be incredibly rude. When i said i have to hang around to wait for my car to be checked. She very strongly reminded me we are in a global pandemic. Yes hun I'm aware, but I'm also someone who is considered very vulnerable and have no one close to me in the area to drop me off etc. Not everyone can afford cabs to go home and back. Think they need someone who actually knows how to do customer service and understand that people's situations are different. Despite Kevin being great, sadly not going back. Kindness goes a long way.
