The staff were very helpful with my bulb fitting service. Good price and reasonable wait time. Be careful not to make the same mistake as me (!) as there are 2 separate fitting areas; one for the store and one for the Autocentre (would be handy to have been given a note about this when booking). They are effectively served by the same building but you would have to drive back out and along the road.

A good experience, car had major service and also required new front brake discs and pads. Price offered was competitive and fair. Works was completed in a timely fashion and of a high standard. Staff were polite and friendly and kept me informed throughout. Am very happy with this garage.
Fantastic service from Vicky, Kyle and the rest of the team. Highly recommended. Two new tyres & an item from the store whilst waiting. An almost perfect customer service score: 9.5 out of 10.
First time using Halfords for mot, oil&filter change. The team on customer desk was friendly and polite and very helpful. He explained what the procedure would be for my car. I pick my car up later and got explained it passed which was good. I will definitely use again as very polite, friendly and helpful team.
Halfords made the effort to fit my car in to repair it and retest it’s MOT, they have also were so kind and waited after their working hours so I can pick my car up on the same day. Really friendly and helpful staff. Thank you
