Matthew in particular has amazing customer service. He was very informative, very friendly. Easy to get along with and went above and beyond when my car failed to get me booked in the next day to review work carried out.

First time taking my car in for an MOT at Halfords and will definitely be returning. I’m very pleased with the customer service that was provided by Mathew, he kept me up to date throughout. I highly recommend.
The staff and Mechanics are superb. A particular mention to Mathew who is fabulous. If he can help you he will go out of his way to make sure you get a fair deal and be satisfied with the work on your car. Halfords Autocentre Llanelli is the only place I will have work done on my car. They are simply the best. Dave Bennett
