Excellent customer care plus a very efficiently run establishment. Plenty of Covid precautionary safety guidance displayed outside the entrance door clearly describing procedures regarding customer service with hand sanitizer gel and disposable face masks accessible. The floor was clearly marked with distancing and public areas. Very pleased with the pleasant and cooperative service I received throughout having my battery level checked and replaced. (It was just 16%}. The young man dealing with me answered all my technical questions and was very knowledgeable.a replacement was ordered and fitted at a time to suit. I rescheduled the appointment and was dealt with very accommodatingly. I’m very pleased with Halfords’ services anyway but the Fanrborough auto centre is a credit to the company. Well done.

Never again will I trust my car with these unprofessional so called mechanics. If you like being misled about what your car requires and then getting your car damaged in the process then look no further than this poor excuse of a 'quality service' And for their customer 'helpline' to not even have the courtesy to respond to my email, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Steve @ Halfords was a an absolute life saver for me! My car broke down and they spotted me in last min to change it as I was in desperation - this alone made me so grateful as I know how busy they are day to day. My car broke down again same day due to another issue (starter motor). I asked Steve if he could keep the car at the garage whilst I struck a deal with Ford to exchange car in and he said it was no problem. Overall Steve and his team went above and beyond for me and I would recommend here for all of your car’s mechanical needs! Brilliant bunch of lads!
