Easy online ordering to click and collect. Helpful staff and no queue. Straight in, picked up the order and back out. There are staff at the entrance to open the doors and assist you with your order. Great service! They even email your receipt.

I returned to this store to complain that one of my replacement windscreen wipers was missing a vital plastic clip without which it could not be fitted to the car which was due for an MOT test that morning. Bit inconvenient really as the opening times listed on the net as 8.00 am which refers to the Halfords garage on the opposite side of the road. The parts store opens at 9.00 ;( However the lady did not quibble and simply opened another box to find the essential plastic clip for me :) One can only hope that the next buyer of the same item will need only one of the other two clips contained in the box.
