Quite a large store. Plenty of choice of products. Fair price on own products, if you don't want to pay for a branded product. Friendly staff and the boy who served us. Would recommend. We bought car maintenance products good choice .

Amazing, got my winter check here. Mechanic/staff very informative, showed me my tyres were below legal limit after my MOT and did all other relevant checks. Professional , lots of advice given, will definitely come back. Recommended
I called Halfords bike centre today after other shops and services had either not replied, told me to call back in January, etc. I needed a new gear cable and chain fitted, and Halfords told me to take it in and they would have a look. On inspection I was told it would be completed by the end of the afternoon. Sure enough it was done within a couple of hours, and the in-store staff could not have done more to be helpful and efficient. I will definitely be returning for a bike service and will ensure they are the first shop I call in the future.
Had low battery warning. Popped to Halfords in Winchester. Confirmed battery issue. Had trouble removing bolts, one breaking but ingenious repair to make new battery secure . Turned engine over, same warnings. Confirmed alternator failure so recommended calling RAC who found same issue. So RAC followed me to my garage of choice where it will be sorted. Halfords staff very helpful and even applied discount as bolt broken in repair. Very impressed and happy to recommend
