Excellent service Ordered a car cover after checking on live chat which size would be suitable. I collected it the next day. Store very clean and felt very safe during this pandemic. Store staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. Car cover fits perfect. A good experience all round.

The service today for the fitting of a dash cam was exemplary. The car was disinfectant at no extra charge prior to the work commencing and the fitting was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Halfords to anyone. This was the second time I have used their fitting service and I will continue to do so.

Needed a replacement bulb for the car. Nothing was too much trouble for the guy who sold and fitted it. He even noticed a minor fault with the bracket holding the bulb which he fixed as well. All for less than a tenner.

Brought my car here for the 'free brake' check as my brakes were making a grinding noise to be told that both front and back brake disks and pads needed replacing to the tune of over 500. Nearly had a heart attack because it had only just had its MOT in October and had no advisory for brakes and due to the lockdowns it's been barely driven. Decided to get another opinion on the brakes and was told by an independent that the brakes were just a bit rusty and that they had 12-18 months left in them! Im absolutely appalled by the fact that Halfords have tried to rip me off - I appreciate the brake check was free but this was appalling.

I needed a screwdriver adapter for a ratchet and after searching on line I finally found one at Halfords. I ordered on line and my order was ready in minutes, or should have been but unfortunately some one had gone home with the keys to the cabinet where my part was kept! A lovely guy called James telephoned me to apologise and save me a trip. It wasn’t a problem as I was only planning on picking it up the day after any way, but it was nice of them to let me know so quickly.
