I went in to purchase a car seat and I was served by nigel k, he was amazing, he was so helpful and understanding. He made sure I got the one that suited safety and comfort for my child. He made sure it was fitted securely whilst sticking to the rules and social distancing. He was very friendly and welcoming, and has invited me back when my child can face forward to assist me on fitting it again. Honestly I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you nigel k

Absolutely amazing staff. Especially nigel k, he went above and beyond to make sure I got the right car seat for safety and comfort. He was so friendly and welcoming, and has even invited me back to refit the car seat when my child is due to face forward. He was great.

Called in today with car showing low tyre pressure warning light on dash. Met Luke who told me they could do tyre plus other basic checks (tread depth, washer fluid, lights, battery, etc) Left car with them for an hour and it was all sorted. Excellent customer service, very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. Thanks Luke and colleagues. Cheers Kev B

Always a good experience visiting the Tamworth Halfords. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Yes at the moment there was a short wait to be served but the staff were all very busy dealing with other customers not just standing around or elusive. The staff at this store have always been helpful and polite. I was collecting an online order which was ready, complete and correct. Would always recommend this store.
