Mot price was very competitive. Easy to book appointment. Staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. Social distancing measures were easy to follow and effective. Reception was clean and tidy. Very helpful and attentive staff in the bike dept... went through options and helped me decide that actually I didnt need the higher priced range. not pushy on purchases and when the size I needed not in stock found a local store for me to get it from instead if pushing another bike! brilliant, thanks guys.
Went to park outside entrance to Halfords store ,but someone parked in the L/h bay Disabled Bay without a badge. Want to highlight this person, as it's disgraceful parking there if not Disabled. Made my purchase inside store, but would like social media to make them feel uncomfortable! If Halfords would like to forward to the Land Owners, would be appreciated.
Loved my experience with this branch. My bike chain was completely destroyed and the amazing staff helped me get up and running 100% would recommend if you want a quick and quality service
