Easy enough to book my bike in for a gear problem. Team member/Geoff rang to let me know that the problem was sorted and the bike was ready to pick up. Very reasonable rate for the gear hanger fitting and a gear service. All in all the service from the staff I interacted with was superb and I thought the Charges were fair. Would definitely use again.
Good store. Ordered online, picked up from store and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Had covid procedures in place without making a big song and dance about it so didn't slow me down. Manager should be commended.
Spent over 2 hours at Halfords Rhuddlan today had 522GW limited edition Bundle plus Dash cam fitted in my car. The guy who did the fitting was called Kenny. What a lovely lovely man. So polite. Informative. Professional. And friendly. Explained everything to me. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Made my whole experience of shopping at Halfords all the more enjoyable.
Absolutely amazing staff tonight. So friendly and patient, especially Ashley. Couldn't do enough to help me sort my car number plates. So glad I came here and paid extra to have my plates fitted as I would not have been able to do them myself! Highly recommended.
