I visited your Halfords Nuthall store this afternoon and would just like to give a massive thank you to Dave and Phil. They were both really helpful and went the extra mile. I took my bike in expecting to leave it, however Dave the store manager was able to fix everything for me there and then. Dave spent a lot of time doing this to make sure it was perfect and I really appreciate it. Halfords should be very proud to employ such hard workers. Went in for a free bike check. Really happy with the quality of service and the advice given. I wasn't pushed to spend money and the maintenance advice was sincere. They also pumped my tyres up and lubricated the chain free of cost. I bought something else because I wanted to, not because I felt compelled.
Very successful experience with click and collect - ready in less than an hour. Good clear communication as well. In the store the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
