Staff at the Longbridge Road store are always polite and efficient. I’ve never come away from Halfords dissatisfied. There’s a good selection to view across all departments within the store. Most of the time I go there for a specific item but always impulse buy while there. Overall, great store.

Great service - I ordered the wrong thing online and was shown patience, consideration, and great kindness in finding the answer (deepest thanks to Mark and Dan, as well as their colleagues behind the scenes at Longbridge Road and beyond - maintaining the required logistics chain, communicating with me to come in and try out the potential replacements, etc. Much obliged!!)

Friendly, efficient service from knowledgeable colleagues regarding bicycles. Very smooth service from browsing, purchasing to collection 1 week later. Very happy with my choice and would definitely recommend this store
