Social distancing was well managed! Staff were chatting whilst we were queuing! When it came to being served our server Harry, was helpful and professional. In fact we said that he gave us the best customer service we have received in a long time!!

Visited the London Road store on Saturday 6th February to have 2 bikes serviced and repaired. and a rear wiper blade fitted on our car. The staff were all excellent. Incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and supportive. Couldn't recommend them enough. 11 out of 10...!.
Very helpful staff. Did a 10 point check on my car, replaced a headlight bulb and gave advice on tyre replacements. And it was pouring down. Great customer service.
Went to buy a brake bleed kit. Had some issues with the product (which were in fact not the product but me, having read some incorrect product reviews and assumed the product was faulty) and the sales assistant Rachel was extremely helpful in trying to get me sorted, to the extent of finding more of the product for me to try, and offering alternatives. I've been a Halfords customer for some decades now and still pleased that they have good helpful staff.
Great service and had the parts I needed to get back on the road. Helpful advice for jobs in the future, I know I can get the parts I need at an affordable price. Stay safe everyone, admiration and respect for you and everyone in the NHS
