Great customer service, ordered a bike for my daughters birthday and forgot to order it built. When the bike arrived in stored boxes they rang to check if that’s how I wanted it or did I mean to get it built. Great thought.

Rosey was super helpful today, could not of asked for better customer service, she really went out of her way.
Although I had to wait for a short time due to a few other customers in store. The gentleman that served me was very professional, polite and fast at sorting out my license plate order. Would highly recommend halfords, Lichfield.
Not enough staff, A lad with a blue tint in his hair building a bike helped me choose the right thing for me. I took it to the checkout waited and waited, one man came near the checkout picked something up and left he was a member of staff but didn't offer to serve me. Then the lad left the bike he was building to fit a bulb outside the door and said to the man who needed a bulb fitting this man at the checkout has been waiting for a while and served me. The lad with the blue tint seem to be doing all the work the other man building a bike never offered to help and the man who came almost to the till knew I Was waiting never returned I was at the point of putting my purchase on the counter and walking. I find this stressful. You need more staff. Full credit to the lad with the blue hair.
Very rude lady served me this morning beacuse i paid with cash wasnt polite was like she didnt want to be there wasnt very helpfull when a item said 3pound and it came up as 6 on the till so i went and grabed the ticket were i had the item from stating it was 3 pound all the same items at the ticket because it had a different bar code not even offered to find the item that was 3 pound i ask for a refund and then she tutted cause she had to put gloves on to give me cash back very rude and wont be coming back to this halford in future
