Can’t fault the staff today at Halfords Kingston Park. I went in to get my headlight bulbs changed, which should have taking no longer than 5 minutes to do. I have a Ford Ka. It took the lovely gentleman over 45 minutes to do them. All I kept saying is I’m sorry. Even though it wasn’t my fault. I definitely will go back to them. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOUS DONE FOR ME.

I received Fantastic service from start to finish, placed my order at 11pm had a phone call 8am to book my fitting. I arrived and asked if I could upgrade my choice this wasn't a problem. Fitter was brilliant had it up and fitted in no time. Very happy with my purchase and staff who where very helpful.

Went to Halfords at Kingston park after a phone call l made,l took my documents as asked,and fifteen mins later they were fitted,and payed for,l was at this point on my way home,well greeted by the staff,and l felt l was epreciated,good experience do you agree,well done Halfords.

Whenever I've read car or motorcycle forums, people call Halfords for being too expensive! My experience is the opposite, they usually have everything I'm looking for at a really reasonable price. The staff have also been really customer friendly and helpful, so can't fault. Top marks Halfords at Kingston Park, Newcastle.
