Fantastic service . I arrived tonight after work on a cold, dark, wet evening to ask for someone to check the coolant level because I had a warning light.. I was offered a winter check which included the coolant check for an extremely reasonable price. I wasn't kept long . My mechanic was brilliant. extremely polite and explain everything . Could not fault the experience and excellent customer service . Will call again

They did not let us in the shop today with my baby as only one person can go in. I've also been told that the car seat fitting service only apply for seats which have been purchased with them. It would be nice if you put all of these on your website, to avoid false advertising. I will just purchase my next child seat from somewhere else.
The service was exceptional. Rob(the fit it,chap) was a star. He fitted a bulb but the clip was bent so the bulb was not sitting correctly. He was outside in the most foul of weather for a good 45 minute's ,and I didn't hear him swear once. Hero. Thank you
Had a very pleasant visit, was extremely pleased with my experience, got served as soon as I walked in, by a pleasant man called “Said”. I needed to have my battery replaced on my car key fob, he checked if this was possible with my car registration number on his computer. He asked James to do it, he changed the battery in seconds and showed me how to do it for future. They were so helpful and keen to help. I’m going to highly recommend Halfords of Hereford to friends and family. Thank you ! For making my day !
