I went to get a headlight and brake light replaced, I was seen straight away and told I'd be waiting 10 minutes. I wasn't even waiting that long, the lady came and had a look, went back in to get the bulbs and cracked on. I was only there about 20 minutes. Fabulous service. Saves time ordering bulbs and fitting them at home. It's the second time I've used this service and will definitely use again. I recommend it to anyone!

Halfords Hanley is a great store for any motoring or leisure items. A bright, airy store, so well stocked and with lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff to answer any questions and help you . Keep up the great work !!!

Went there after I had to call green flag as car wouldn't start . Issue was sorted but was recommended to have battery checked . Went to the Halfords Hanley branch. Staff were friendly , I was seen after 10 mns as member of staff was helping someone else . All in all, spend 15 mns max . I was was informed about the state of my car battery. All fine. All staff very friendly , nothing bad to say about them to be honest .

Car failed MOT on number plate, ordered a new one online and picked up within the hour. The new sales assistant, Abbie, was very helpful and professional and her team helped her to process my order. Covid safe shop and excellent happy staff. Highly recommended
