Visited Halfords to have a dash cam fitted. Easy process. We pre booked an appointment date and time. Andrew promptly dealt with us and also fitted new wipers at our request. He was very obliging and professional. We browsed inside. Felt safe as we wandered round. Everyone was mindful of the social distancing. Well done Halfords.

Only customer in shop, ignored by two staff members whilst needing help with child car seats. They might also need to be taught how to wear face masks - pointless wearing them if you're not covering your nose. Walked out, easier and more support buying online.
Went in to get engine coolant and the staff were really helpful. One guy advised me on a problem I had with my fan heaters and I found that to be considerate and great service. Thank you! Will definitely go back.
Helpful staff.... asked for coolant that was not out.... but assistant checked stock and went to get some ‘ready mixed’ (not concentrate) for me....all in all a good experience & value for money
Having bought a new bike in March I returned it to be fixed as the gears had failed. They never contacted me once to explain what was happening and whenever I contacted them they simply said they couldn’t get the parts and didn’t know when they would! After about 4 months I contacted them again only to be told it was ready to collect. It would have been nice for them to contact me and after all that they wanted to charge me for the privilege even though the bike was under warranty! I have never experienced such poor customer service.
