The staff on the ground are brilliant. They are let down by the senior management, poor online software and extremely poor organisation. They have failed miserably during Covid.
A good buying experience. Helpful advice on the phone before ordering. Helpful staff in store to expedite my order. Would definitely recommend Halfords Farnham and the helpful pre-ordering telephone service.
Brilliant service. Battery replaced a couple of weeks before 3 years old, they could easily have said it just needs to be charged up but didn’t hesitate to supply a new battery. Talk about customer friendly this was customer love!
The staff at Farnham Halfords made my shopping experience memorable and enjoyable. They were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. There were 2 gentlemen in particular one was called Duncan and sadly I cannot remember the name on the badge of the other gentleman but they were both equally fabulous.
