Had to purchase a new car battery. Halfords were quick to answer the telephone to check if my battery was in stock. The store had good safety measures in place and opened a 2nd till quickly. My battery was installed immediately. Worth the 15 fee.

I had a cycle to work scheme voucher and ordered two bikes for my children. We attended to collect the bikes to find you can not do this and its in the terms and conditions that I didn't read. To be totally honest I was annoyed but I paid for the bikes because the staff were doing their job and it was my error. Though nobody had told me the day before and they saw my voucher. Gutting but totally fair and professional. I mean I had no choice but to buy the bikes as my kids were super excited. But the staff showed good empathy.
Got a dash cam fitted both front and rear of car yesterday, a 2-hr slot but all done within 35 min! Also, the gentleman was more than happy to help with setup issues with mobile app and now all is paired, working fine and clear as to what do. Thank you!
