I’ve had reason to visit a few times recently either to browse in store or collect an online order and each time I’ve been greeted by a member of staff asking if they could help me, always helpful in a shop this size if you’re looking for something specific. Picking up online orders is easy too, you just give your name, they find your order and the receipt is emailed to you. In and out in no time

My girlfriend went in today to ask if the store were still part of the Bike Repair Scheme and left feeling totally dismissed by the staff member she spoke to. She was told she was 'about four months too late for that' and that any repair could take around 6 months. When she asked why he told her as it's not her bike she 'might not know' that parts have to brought in to do the repairs. This is certainly not the case for a simple wheel truing (which is covered under the Silver Service). I'm pretty astounded that you have staff members that think this is acceptable and I'm certain that as a man I would have been treated very differently.
Absolute joke, went in to buy brake cleaner for my engine rebuild (which I've done before) when I was asked for ID, then I was told you have to be 18 to buy this product (I'm 17) I tried to explain to her I've bought it there before (and had a receipt) but she still wouldn't sell me it. So I bought it in the petrol station down the road with no issues.
Great service given towards my bike rack being fitted.Was shown how to fit and adjust the rack and advice given how to properly secure the bikes to the frame. Was offered to come back anytime for further advice which was a nice gesture.
