Just been into Halfords Congleton 3 times in 4 days, met with 3 different members of staff who were all brilliant, all ready to go that extra distance to help & make my purchase as easy as possible, they weren't pushy they informed & respected very decision I made. I was flapping because my car battery wasn’t working properly and I had to be at work for 9am. The 2 gentlemen were brilliant. They tested my battery for me. As it was broken they recommended I have a new one. This was swapped and fitted in no time. I made it to work for the start of my shift.
