Just been into Halfords Congleton 3 times in 4 days, met with 3 different members of staff who were all brilliant, all ready to go that extra distance to help & make my purchase as easy as possible, they weren't pushy they informed & respected very decision I made. I enjoyed each visit, thanks guys.

I was flapping because my car battery wasn’t working properly and I had to be at work for 9am. The 2 gentlemen were brilliant. They tested my battery for me. As it was broken they recommended I have a new one. This was swapped and fitted in no time. I made it to work for the start of my shift.

Popped in to get a bulb changed on the car this afternoon. Excellent service with a smile from MARK. Job done, all lights checked within 20 minutes max. Never have a problem with this branch of Halfords,all staff knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Very helpful staff. Very busy every one has the same sensible idea of shopping online and click and collect the next day.
