Niel is a storm trooper! The guy is a legend! An absolute jedi! My employee attended a breakdown and customer needed a battery urgently, called halford at exactly 8PM there closing time and to my surprise the phone got answered by Neil, true gentleman he sourced the battery for us and on top of that waited until 8.30 by the door for us to arrive and collect the battery. My customer was an NHS nurse stuck on the m65 driving to work to attend COVID-19 patients at the hospital the true hero here was Niel seriously great great credit to the chap, unfortunately theres not many like this guy around and its really good to see we have him at our local halfords. I will call head office to make sure the praise goes to the right person. Niel thank you very very much brother your a dime.

Absolutely disgusting ! Went to pick the daughters bike up which was ordered at the start of the month. Went to collect it ( built ) for 4:00pm only to be told they had none in stock ! We ordered this start of the month and was told it will be ready. My daughters birthday tomorrow and now no bike. Luckily I've found another one ! Won't use them ever again and will tell others to stay away ! Absolutely shocking
