I ordered a click and collect online. I had an email response within 20 minutes or so to say that it was ready. I went into the store, one person in front. Clearly marked social distancing. A few minutes, at most, later I was leaving with my purchase. I have yet to test it (tyre pump), so can't comment on it. The whole service was as efficient as possible from ordering to collecting. Excellent!

Please don't trust them!! They don't do things properly but the worst part is how I feel they cheated me. I had a bike I took in for repairs, they made it seem like it would cost and arm and a leg to repair but they so willingly took the bike off my hands for next to nothing. It's my fault for not knowing alot about bikes at the time but now I do, I realise how selfish the mechanic was. He wanted the bike for him self. No wonder his eyes were glowing when I sold it to him for peanuts. This was 2 years ago to my uni days. I was thinking off bikes that got stolen as my Scott Scale almost did last weekened. The is bike came to mind, i had no idea where it went until I remembered this place. Daylight robbery.
Every time I go to the bike store within Halfords, I am met with exceptional customer service, good product knowledge and above and beyond care. The team of staff all dealt with my enquiry, and managed to fix my bike by courtesy (it was a minor fault they were able to quite easily resolve, but one that I feel if I went to a different bike store, I would have been met with a delay in having to reserve an appointment, and an unnecessary cost). They were able to assist as it was a quieter day, but I still had the confidence anyway, that someone in the bike dept would have had a look at the fault, and try their best to resolve that as soon as they could. I am even more sure I will return again and again (and tell friends about). Please commend the bike team for doing a fantastic job together - the store managers should be proud.
I’ve been here 3 times over the last month. Each time , hugely impressed by the positivity and professionalism of the team there. Highly recommend.
Really great staff member who helped me out of the lift with humour and patience! Not sure the lift is meant for bikes even though it says “ride lift up to cycles’ Easy peasy lock purchase and happy with my visit.
