Ordered online a couple of products which were delivered the next day free of charge. Needed to return one item as no longer required. Put it back in original package and returned to Braintree store as advised on delivery notice supplied. Felt very comfortable doing so, as appropriate amount of public protection and covid space in store. Met by a very helpful young man, at a distance, who quickly dealt with my product return, no quibbles. Got refund electronically the next day. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Great customer service, fast and efficient and all safety measures in store to ensure that we could still shop mid pandemic, were really well planned. The team at Halfords Braintree are always really polite and helpful. No complaints at all.
I ordered two new tyres on line this morning for collection in store and was delighted to receive a phone call within fifteen minutes or so to confirm my order was ready to collect and to be able to pick them up within minutes! Excellent service! Thank you and well done!
Went into get kids bikes as had a voucher card that couldn’t be used online. I was served by Penny she was very helpful and while she offered different accessories etc I didn’t feel pressure to buy them. She also allowed me to store the added accessories I’d brought so I could collect them with the bikes nearer Christmas. Great service. Great prices
